Junior/Middle Level Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tbilisi, Georgia

We are looking for a Junior/Middle Level Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our talent acquisition and people-focused team. Main responsibilities:

  • Fully involved in the recruitment life cycle
  • Sourcing talent via various sources. 
  • Write and post detailed technical job descriptions
  • Proactively search for potential candidates.
  • Contact candidates and discuss job opportunities with them 
  • Quickly identify search areas and advertise active positions on relevant networks
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities and  to interview candidates 
  • HR responsibilities like preparing salaries, organizing events etc. 

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, or relevant professional background such as Sales/Marketing, HR, project management, IT/Engineering etc.
  • Good organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • A true people-person, who easily gains people’s friendship and trust
  • You are a creative, goal-oriented and service-oriented person willing to make the lives of both company and candidates easier and better.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Georgian.

 

 Nice to have: 

  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
  • Familiarity with the IT industry
  • Work / education experience in an international environment 
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite / Zoho Recruit
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana / Trello / Monday etc.) and spreadsheets
